Tell Secretary Kerry and Congress to Demand Justice for Tariq

President Obama recently said in a  statement, “We will do whatever it takes to see that justice is done when people harm Americans. We must ask, does this include Tariq?

Palestinian American Tariq Abu Khdeir was nearly beaten to death by Israeli officers last week before being arrested. He was knocked unconscious and subsequently suffered a broken nose and chin, along with eye injuries. His crime? Being someone of Palestinian heritage.

The U.S. government has yet to demand justice for Tariq or to hold the Israelis who nearly killed him accountable.

Help us tell Secretary of State John Kerry and Congress to demand justice for Tampa resident Tariq Abu Khdeir and to hold the Israeli officers who nearly killed him accountable for their crimes.  Israel needs to explain the sense in arresting, interrogating and sentencing the victim, 15-year old Tariq, but not the perpetrators, police officers representing the Israeli government.

Tell Congress to put the interests of America and Americans first, and to break their silence on Tariq’s brutal attack.

The U.S. usually advocates for its citizens, but when Israel is the perpetrator of the crime, the U.S. government has failed to hold Israel accountable. Help us remind Congress that Tariq is an American citizen whose savage beating was captured on video.  Where is the justice for this harmed American?

Take action now by signing the below letter to Secretary John Kerry and to Congress.
